Theme....Horizontal Navigation Pics

I would like the pics on my horizontal nav bar to have no space inbetween
each other. When I edit the theme to include the pics for the link bar
properties, it gives them that space. It doesn't do this on my vertical nav
bar. Is there a way to fix this?

The space cannot be removed, but it can be reduced.
Try <span style="font-size:12px">graphical Nav Bar goes here</span>

The font-size can be reduced further, but must not be zero, and smaller
sizes may not reproduce correctly in some browsers.
