Theme Help

I had a theme that I was using until my computer started to go on the
frits. So, I copied all my files to my external hard drive, rebuilt my
machine, and put them back on before. I went to open my site in FP and
it apprears that the color settings of my theme are gone. The fonts are
still ok.

If I go into the folder "my web sites" and then into _themes I can see
"copy of new theme", and it appears to have data inside it.

Is there a way to "re-associate this theme". I assume some "director"
was lost in the translation....?

P.S. The only odity that I think could have screwed something up, is
before the machine crashed I took the web out of the "my web sites"
folder and put it in My Documents. Everything worked fine. Then when
I tried to "open site" from the rebuilt machine it would not load it
until I moved it back into "my web sites".
