Theme Banner on all pages?

I am practicing making a web site and can enter a theme along with the
associated banner theme on the index page, but how do you include this same
type of banner theme on every page using a different text header?

Thanks

On FP2002 and earlier, choose Shared Borders from the
Format menu, select All Pages, click Top and the
associated Included Navigation Buttons check buttons, and
then click OK.

In FP2003, you can either do the same thing, or you can:
1. Create a new blank page.
2. Choose Web Component from the Insert menu.
3. Choose Link Bar Based on Navigation Structure.
4. Select any areas on the page that doesn't incldue the
Link Bar.
5. Select Dynamic Web Template from the Format menu,
choose Manage Editable Regions, assign a Region Name,
then click Add and Close.
6. Save the page, specifying a file type of Dynamic Web
Template.
7. Select your root folder (or any combination of files
and folders you want).
8. Select Dynamic Web Template from the Format menu,
choose Attach Dynamic Web Template, specify the file
you saved in step 6, then click Open.

Either way, you'll also need to display Navigation view
and arrange all your pages in the heirarchy you want. The
only pages that show up in Link Bars will be those you
diagram in Navigation view.
