Theme and shared borders used to work...

Hi -

FP2002
Site has been up and stable for 3 years
Hosted on a basic shared plan by Interland
Custom theme, shared borders
Last Monday Interland shut off the site. Tuesday the disageement was
resolved and site was turned on, but the site is broken.
IOW, it was okay before turn-off. I did nothing.
Theme and shared borders - which have been fine for years - do not appear.

Steps taken to date:
Remove and reinstall FP extensions (several times) using the Interland Site
Admin control panel, at specific points while trying other things.
Recalcualte hyperlinks.
Simple Republishing.
Strip out theme and borders, republish, put them back in, republish.
3 calls to their level 1 techs, 3 "escalations," no change except to blood
pressure.
Sample pages to view:
http://www.brewsterbaptistchurch.org/caringministries.htm and
http://www.brewsterbaptistchurch.org/sermons.htm. The color behind the
graphic matches the theme color; IOW, the page should not be white. A left
shared border contains (should contain) the only nav bar.

I am at the limit of my knowledge and would greatly appreciate any help.
Is there something else I can do? I'm tempted to try removing all the pages
using the theme (argh....), publishing, reset the extensions, add the themed
pages back in, republish... BUT, at this point I have a sense that it is on
their side, not mine, and perhaps out of my control.

TYIA,

Mike

ReApply your shared borders and theme and run a tools recalculate hyperlinks
When I view source at you 2 pages I see
<meta name="Microsoft Theme" content="none, default">
<meta name="Microsoft Border" content="t, default">

But on your home page I see
<meta name="Microsoft Theme" content="link-color-test-1 000">
<meta name="Microsoft Border" content="t">

Also remove all Spaces from all file/folder names - illegal html

Thank you!
What worked that was different from what I had done was:
1. Sequence of steps
2. It was all done on the production machine
I am always reluctant to work on the production machine, preferring to work
locally and then publish.
May I ask why it did not work to do it locally and then publish?
