I had this problem in the lab at school and found a workaround, that
doesn't make sense and wanted to share it.
I have machines running XP Pro SP2 and Office XP SP3. All users who
were working in the program have two network printers installed - an HP
Laserjet 4000T as their default and an HP Color Laserjet 3500n. All
had the 4000T (black and white) as their default. Of the 12 students,
7 were able to create their report but 5 got the above error message
"The wizard is unable to create your report."
By changing the default printer for those 5 users to the color printer,
Access would create the report and then the users could print to the
black and white (4000T).
The printer is listed in the directory, which is where everyone
installed from. Did same project last year and no problems.
