The TrueImage Interpreter initialization failed.

I cannot get the MACINTOSH printing through Win2K up since
SP4 came out. Is there a known bug in SP4? Removing SP4 is
not an option.
Hotfix??????
Microsoft, are you out there?????

It looks like there is a hotfix for this but I can't find the KB article
that is supposed to deal with this

It looks like the hotfix was built about 10 days ago. I'll ping someone in
PSS and get some additional detail.
