The screen in RDP when I press connect is black

My problem is that if I try to connect to the server via RDP, the screen is
black. Also the system has a RSB board but when I access video
redirection->send ctrl+alt+del, i get no path to enter the user and pass. The
screen is gray.
Also the processors on the system are at 100%. The system is a 4 Opteron
DualCore with 64Gb Ram.
I tried to access Computer Management from another server, but it freezes.
Also Terminal Services Manager freezes, but it is ressponsive to ping and
tracert.
The server is part of a cluster, and it is the passive node. All resources
are active on the active one.

Unfortunately the disable of Bitmap Caching does not work.
I can use RDC, or RDC over TS but it is the same. Black screen.
If I try to connect from the other node of the cluster, through computer
management, or terminal services manager I get "Error 1722 : The RPC server
is unavailable.

The server has no firewal enabled on it
