The remote procedure call failed.

I am trying to load drivers for a video card I purchased and I keep getting
the message "the instalation was not successful: the remote procedure call
failed."
I am running Windows XP with SP2. It is an ATI video card. any help would be
appreciated.

Thank you for your response. I have already contacted ATI technical support
and they are telling me that it is a problem with Windows XP and SP2. That is
why I have placed this post on this forum.
