...if the version is a Trial; you cannot complete the wizard!

(thus are stuck with the wizard annoyance every single launch)

The wizard completes for most users, but perhaps you need to run it
before the 60 days trial expires, or something of that nature.

You can uninstall BCM from the machine and that startup message should
go away.
