The photos are not printed in the reprot and the form

I have created a BD of personnel with photo seemed to the example of Neptune,
using me.objetoimagen.picture=me.ruta as in Access's ejmplo, the image is
visualized in the form but the problem is that in previous sight and in the
reports one neither sees is not even printed. The BD neptuno also happens
Someone can do like in order that the photos are printed.
