The page cannot be displayed message

I am having a problem opening a specific webpage. All other pages are loading
but that specific page. The page could not be found and comes up with the
page that says "The page cannot be displayed" error. At my school, (using
their LAN, their computer, and IE) the same URL was found and the page
completely loads. I had tried it on my computer for about a month and it does
not even give me a chance to load the page. Can somebody solve this problem?
Is there a problem with my IE?
-The URL is not misspelled since I went through "google"
-I am using Internet Explorer 6 SP2
-I am using Windows XP Pro.
-I am using a dial-up service of AT&T
-Tried other browsers (those could of used the IE settings)
-Contacted the administrator of the webpage and they said that thier page
was not
down.
-Tried it with another computer with that same details above except it is
Windows
2000.

When you tried with another computer did it work?

If so, Check C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc for a file named HOSTS with no
extension. (Not Hosts.sam)
Make sure Windows is set to show hidden files and folders and is NOT set to
hide extensions for known file types.
If HOSTS exists, rename it to HOSTS.OLD
Reboot an try again.

Or, In a Cmd window, enter
ipconfig /flushdns
then clear your TIF also, and re-boot.

Sorry, I have tried the steps you have told me the first one and the second
one. It did not work...
For the second one, is it correct that "cmd" is command prompt and "TIF" is
temporary internet files?
For the other computer that I used (not the one at school) it did not load.
The webpage is "http://www.haneda-e.tokyuhotels.co.jp/". Actually, I could
not even access that main company's website. Any other possibilities?
I forgot to tell this:
-I am using Windows Xp Pro. SP2
-The other computer is Windows 2000 (japanese version) SP4
-tried IE, Microsoft Outlook XP, Real player, Netscape 7.0, Firefox 1.0.4,
Microsoft Frontpage 2003, Free download manager (everything that I could find
that could surf the internet.)
-I use norton Antivirus 2004 pro, spybot-search and destroy, Microsoft
Antispyware, Ad-aware SE

I would try it with Norton disabled.
