The Messaging Interface Has Returned An Unkown Error

Hi,

I am having issues with one user who manages multiple Calendars and is
always getting the following error:

'the messaging interface has returned an unkown error'

This happens when she tries to view someones shared calendar. Closing and
re-opening Outlook solves the issue but it keeps coming back. Please can
someone suggest something to try or at least an explanation as to why this
keeps happening?

Enviroment:

Office 2003 Pro
Outlook 2007
Exchange 2007

Hi,

I have tried to figure this issue out but am failing at every stage. Please,
has anyone ever seen this for Outlook 2007 or can tlel me what it relates to?

This is also happening tou our executive admin. I have just requested the
hotfix I have seen referenced in other posts. I will let you know if it fixes
the problem.
