The format of the URI could not be determined

Hi all,

I get the "Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined" when
running an app that connects to CRM 1.2 using Framework 1.1. The app was
originally written in VB.Net 2002 using Framework 1.0 to connect to CRM 1.0.
That app works when sending the XML query. In Framework 1.1, it generates
this error. Any thoughts??
