The File As field in Contacts

Is there a quick way of changing the File As field in every contact to the
same format? I have about 2000 contacts and some of the File As fields read
'Last Name, First Name' while others read 'Firstname, Lastname' - this makes
it a nightmare to find contacts on my smartphone which only displays the
contact list sorted by the File As field
