I have made a table and a form in Access 2003 and now I would like to share it with other colleagues. So I've paste the Access database in a shared folder on the network (everyone have administrator rights). When a colleague wants to open the database at the same time, when I've opened the database, he gets the following error:
The database engine could not lock table '.......' because it is already in use by another person or process.
It's very strange, because I've set the settings the same like Access Help. In Options > Advanced the settings are "shared" and "no locks".
Can someone help me please? (The error message at the microsoft site is 3211)
