The data on the Clipboard is damaged, so Microsoft Office Access can't paste it.

I am using Access and Excel 2007.

How can I resolve this problem. I have searched on the internet and some
suggest to use the 'clipboard' in Access and select the text that I want to
paste. (Not use Ctrl+V). This seems to work just fine. But I would like to
know if there is a solution to solve this problem so that I can use Ctrl+V?

The problem does not happen every time though. But it happen so random that
I couldn't find the pattern.

Thank you,
Boon
