The "Accounts" option under TOOLS is missing??

Hi all
Anyone got any idea why the "accounts" sub-menu is missing from the tools
menu in the Windows Mail application under Vista?

It was there originally as I added a new account. But now strangely no
email in or out and no way to get into the mail account to check the settings
etc.

Would appreciate any help - could it be hidden for some reason?

Are you starting Windows Mail yourself, instead of letting some other
program start it?

Are you looking under Tools in the main Windows Mail window
instead of the new message window?

Yes, I am opening the application itself from the main Vista menu and I'm
looking for the Accounts option under Tools. It simply isn't there! Odd.

You might try shutting down Windows Mail, then clicking on the Windows
icon in the lower left corner then Run, then typing WinMail.exe and clicking
on OK and see if it starts Windows Mail with the Accounts option in place.
