The 2 second gap

How do I get rid of the 2 second gap between tracks, when
recording onto CD's. Just like the professional CD's So I
get a continuous play?
I bought and downloaded an album, but on replay the 2
second gap appears in my CD player. However on computer
playback there is no gap. I am using Media player 9, but
also have access to Primo Prassi software.
Please help.

Use nero, not shitty MS software, nero is the best, it
lets u alter the 2 second gap.

My advice is to use Feurio for audio CDs and Nero for everything else.
