textbox is moving and other stuff...

I want to copy a textbox from the header on page X to the header on page Y,
but it won't paste into the same RELATIVE position. Same goes for copying in
footers. Right now I'm modiying each textbox's properties to move it to where
I want it = wasting time! How can I get Word to paste to the same relative
position on different pages?

Other questions:

I want to use word in SDI mode; is there a macro?

I want to be able to use my bottom pane for viewing a second doc; can it be
done?

If it's in the header it should appear on all pages pertaining to that
header. If the text box is floating (ie has a layout option other than
in-line) then pasting it into a subsequent section header should place it in
exactly the same place. If it is in-line then it behaves as a character and
will take a posiution depending on whatever else is present.

If you have Word 2002/3 and have the Windows in Taskbar option unchecked,
then with the two documents open, Window > arrange all.

I can't advise you on your first question. As for the second, SDI is the
default for Windows 2000 and above. If you're seeing MDI in Word 2002 or
2003, check the box for "Windows in Taskbar" on the View tab of Tools |
Options.
