Text Width, Whole Page, Many Pages all grayed out...?

Howdy,

I run Word 2000.

I've seen the answer here, and have read the helpfile, and
have googled until my fingers were bleeding, but I can't
spot the answer...

"Text Width", "Whole Page", and "Many Pages" are grayed out
as Zoom options.

How can I get 'em back...?

You're in Normal (or Web Layout) view; switch to Print Layout view to get
the full selection.
