can't get TTS engines for MS agent apps to work. Have
downloaded and re-installed TTS engines, SAPI 4, MS Agent
components, etc. several times but every time I bring up
SAPI 4 control panel and click on any engine i get error
msg saying the engines setting can't be accessed. Using
TruVoice and MS synth engines. Narrator works with Sam.
Dont know where to go from here.

Fixed w/audiochipset patch.
