I am having an odd issue with PowerPoint 2000.
The presentation looks just fine when I'm viewing the slides in Normal
Mode, but when I switch to Slide Show view, random lines of text
disappear.
Sometimes it's slide titles, sometimes it's entire bulleted items and
sometimes it's the first line of a bulleted item.
All of the slides that screw up have animation within the slides, but
not all slides with animation screw up.
I tried to get transition animation to work, but everytime I would set
it, it appeared that my changes were not recognized by the program. I
started to notice problems after I tried to do this...
At this point, the file started saying "this file contains links,
update?" when i open it, but to my knowledge I have not added any
links.
I used Microsoft's cloneme add-in and created a clone of my file (in
the event that it was corrupt), but i'm still having the same problem.
Even when I set "Hide all animation" from the setup show menu, and the
contents of the slide all appear at once, this problem still occurs.
It seemed to work before I tried to add in the transition animation,
but according to slide sorter, no slides have any transition animation.
Anyone have any ideas?
Cheers,
Jared
