The text on my website page only shows after you left click and highlight the

I see ALL the text on that page. The space bar is not a good method adding
whitespace to the page - margins and padding are much more reliable,
especially in text areas where users are liable to change text sizes.

It would have been nice if you had told us which browser. I see it fine in
IE 7 (which is not code-compliant), but not in Firefox. It probably doesn't
show up in IE8, which is finally a code compliant browser from MS.

Run the page/site through the validator and it'll show you your errors.
Then, make your corrections.

Text does show in IE8, but without a !doctype, IE8 will display as IE7
Quirks mode.

Agree, Firefox is only displaying links.

The problem is in the stylesheet generated by the theme:

TABLE{
table-border-color-light:#CC9933;
table-border-color-dark:#996600;
border-color:#996600;
color:transparent;
}

The transparent colour is inherited by the text in table cells, and thus is
the same colour as the background. IE in quirks mode does not support
"transparent" as a valid colour, and substitutes the body text colour.

The validator will point out a lot of faults, but fixing the faults may
cause the text to vanish from IE as well.
The major problem is the theme you are using - see my other post.

Hi Ron,

I now understand why the text did not appear. I changed the theme and now
the text shows. http://www.individualdentalplans.net. Ron, If I used that old
theme and chnaged " transparant" to black would then the text appear on that
theme ?

insurance is difficult to obtain unless provided by your workplace or
employer. Discount dental plans have stepped in to save people money that
would not be able to acquire traditional dental insurance.

Changing transparent to black should make the text appear in that theme -
but don't change any transparent background colours.

Hi Ron,

I now understand why the text did not appear. I changed the theme and now
the text shows. http://www.individualdentalplans.net. Ron, If I used that
old
theme and chnaged " transparant" to black would then the text appear on
that
theme ?

I see ALL the text on that page. The space bar is not a good method
adding
whitespace to the page - margins and padding are much more reliable,
especially in text areas where users are liable to change text sizes.

Really ? Why don't I see it on my computer ? DO you see the text :
With so many people losing or not having health and dental coverage
it's
imperative to have a good dental plan to keep your family healthy.
Are there dentists available in my area?
Use our powerful searches to find out if dentists are in your area.
DentalPlans.com offers the largest combined network of dentists
anywhere,
with a network presence in all 50 states.
Are the discount dental plans offered by DentalPlans.com considered
dental
insurance?

The discount dental plans offered by DentalPlans.com are not individual
dental insurance. Most "dental insurance plans" are designed for large
groups, organizations, or businesses. Discount dental plans are an
innovative
alternative to dental insurance, designed to suit the needs of
individuals
and families looking to save money on dental care. Typically, dental
insurance is difficult to obtain unless provided by your workplace or
employer. Discount dental plans have stepped in to save people money
that
would not be able to acquire traditional dental insurance.
