Text not printing bold

Hello,

This is strange - in a report, several labels' formatting is set to Bold,
and in preview, the label text does look bold, however, on actual paper, it
no longer appears to be bold.
The two instances where I've noticed this so far are located in a subform's
report header - could that be the problem?
Does anybody have any ideas as to how to fix this?

Thank you.

Hi Niniel,

Are you using a true-type font, and have you checked the printed output of
that font in the size you are using, both bold and normal in Word? It could
be down to the printers interpretation of the font.

Could be, but I don't think it is.
I am using MS Sans Serif throughout my report, point size 8.
Some text that is directly on the main report does print bold, but any text
that I have in one of the subreports does not.
Maybe using a different font would help, I'll have to try that, but I'm kind
of hoping it wont because I'd hate to change everything. :)

Thanks for the idea, I'll report back on how it worked out.

I was wrong - on one page of the report, out of 3 labels that should be bold,
one is, and two are not.

What I ended up doing is replace all the non-bold labels with copies of one
that did print correctly. That fixed it.
So it was not the font, but what did cause it I still don't know. I'm just
happy it's ok now.
