I tried that, but it didn't correct the problem in the PowerPoint 2003 Viewer.

Are you using the PPT 2003 Viewer that came on your Office install CDs? I
would try downloading the 2003 Viewer from the MS downloads page, just in
case that resolves this problem.

It doesn't. I've tested her file in the downloaded version of PowerPoint 2003
Viewer. However, Kathy and Enric ran the file on their systems and saw no
problems. It appears to be something in the environment that causes the display
problems when running in the Viewer. It is not the Viewer itself.

I tried it (twice... from the program file and and from the folder with the
presentation), it cannot open my slide show.
