Text Fields Not Included in OL Find Searches

I've discovered that the text value fields in my OL custom message forms
apparently aren't included in OL's Find Searches. Is there a procedure I can
use to assure they're included in order that information may be easily
parsed from the message archives.

I'm using OL 2003/SP-2 on Exchange 2003 w/ Current SP's.

Thanks in advance, -H W Willis

Hasn't anyone else run into the problem I've encountered of "Find" searches
failing to pickup the information within custom text fields? Please
advise...

Upgrade to OL2007? Custom text fields are included in its searches.

Thank you! I'd didn't realize that capability wasn't inherent. Though I'm
in the process of upgrading to Office 2007 in conjunction w/ Vista Ultimate;
unfortunately, the majority of our government departments won't be able to
do so very quickly. Hopefully, I can figure out another way for them to be
able to search through archived messages. Thanks again... -hw

You can always use Advanced Find to locate text in specific custom fields.
