I Have a user who can't print text box's. The text box can be inserted and
edited as usual but when print preview is selected the text box(s) are not
visable and the printer does not print them. This is the case for any printer
used.

Word 2007
Windows XP SP2

Office button | Word Options. In the Display category, make sure that "Print
drawings created in Word" is selected.

Hi!

My support client do have this same problem, but still more complicated.

She has Word 2007 on Vista Home Premium and a Canon 7350 printer.

The text boxes appear on document and print preview, but will not be printed
on paper ...

This same thing happens, if the document is saved on Word 2003 format, but
when taken into Word 2003 on a WinXP Home machine the text boxes are printed
all OK with the same printer.

Any hints for this case?

P.S. For some strange reason I couldn't open a new thread, but succeeded to
reply, that's why I wrote a new post to this thread ...

Best regards,

Pete V.
