Text and Selection Buttons Cut Off in Configuration Window

I use Windows XP Home and Office 2002 and Outlook and have installed all the
latest updates to both Windows and Office. When configuring Outlook, some of
the text and selection buttons are cut off on the right side and on the
bottom of the configuration windows. So, for example, when I go to
Tools>Email Accounts>View or Change Existing Email Accounts>Change, the
"Internet Email Settings (POP3)" window has selection buttons, text, and
fill-in fields that are cut off on the right side and bottom of the window.
This prevents me from even seeing some of the buttons and the fields that I
need to access to make changes to my settings. I have tried repairing Office
from the original installation CD, changed resoution settings, downloaded the
latest Office updates.

What is your screen resolution and which theme do you use?

I, too, thought this might be a resolution issue. I normally use 1280 X 800,
but I also tried 800 X 600, but I still had the problem. I have tried several
themes including Windows XP and Windows Classic. This problem only happens in
the Outlook configuration windows.
