Text Alignment in received files

Whenever I receive a ppt file from someone (via an email attachment) the text
in the text boxes is 1 line too high, meaning that the first line of text
actually appears outside the top of the text box. The cursor is positioned
where it should be, meaning that the cursor is actually belwo the displayed
text. Verticle alignment of the text doesn't help. Any thoughts?

Probably a printer driver issue, then. Do this:
