terminal services printing problems

We have a laptop connected by adsl to our win2000 server running terminal
services. It connects to the server using remote desktop. Up to a week ago
it was working fine, then a file got corrupted in the print queue. We then
installed new printer and didaway with the old printer. I updated the
driveron the server and on the laptop. It is now printing only 1 page and
then will come up with an error.

Application Popup: Printers Folder: There was an error printing the document
to TS002. Do you want to retry or cancel the job?

Explanation from microsoft
The program could not load a driver because the program user doesn't
have sufficient privileges to access the driver or because the drive is
missing or corrupt.



We had no problem printing before the changes and now we have no problem
printing 1 page just problems with printing multiple pages.

Any advice would be very appreciated

What kind of printer? I.e. HP LaserJet XYZ

Any reason why you chose to install a printer driver on the server instead
of trying to map the printer to a built-in driver?
