Terminal Services not installed

I have a friend with a problem I cant solve.

Her computer does not have Terminal Services installed, so fast user
switching does not work.

It was installed when she got the computer, but it has now disappeared.

How do I reinstall it?

Hopefully someone knows. Thanks in advance.
