Terminal Services Issuing Licences

Hi,

I have sent up a Terminal Server. I have activated the
Server and then installed the licences. When users log
on, they do not get issued a licence and only two users
can log in at any one time.

Can anyone hep me.

Are you sure that you installed the TS in Application mode?
Sounds like it is in Remote Administration mode, which allows a
maximum of 2 concurrent connections (but doesn't need any TS client
licenses).
Even without a (functioning) Licensing Server, clients would still be
able to logon in unlimited numbers with temporary licenses (for 90
days, that is), if the TS was in Application mode.

Which OS + SP do you run on the server? And the clients?
Are there any events in the EventLog?
Which error message do the users get when they try to logon?
Have you checked your normal server CALs?
