Terminal Server User Access permission

I'm trying to connect from my home computer (Windows XP Professional Service
Pack 2) to a server (Windows 2000 Server) at work. When I try to log in, I
get the following message:

"To log on to this remote computer, you must have Terminal Server User
Access permissions on this computer. By default, members of the Remote
Desktop Users group have these permissions. If you are not a member of the
Remote Desktop Users group or another group that has these permissions, or if
the Remote Desktop User group does not have these permissions, you must be
granted these permissions manually".

At a co-workers home computer we can connect with the same user at work.
What can the problem be?

That doesn't make sense because this message telling me this is permission issue. Can you try to logon using administrator at home? post back with the result.
