Terminal Server -Remote Admin, connection problem

Does anyone know why a Win2K Adv Server in Reomte Admin TS mode would only
allow 1 connection instead of 2.

I keep getting the error : " The Terminal server has exceeded the maximum
number of allowed connections" and "The system has reached its Licensed
Logon limit"

Any ideas anyone.

Either there's a disconnected session hanging around, or the
problem lies not in the rdp-sessions as such, but a lack of normal
server CALs.

Check the EventLog, which will tell you what the problem is.
If it's server CALs, buy more CALs and add them in Control Panel -
Licensing applet.
