temporarily disable outlook express

I want to disable outlook express while I am on vacation, and just access my
web mail account. That way I do not have a hudred emails to deal with when I
get home. I have windows XP 2002 ( which came with outlook express already).
Any ideas?

OE is an email client, if its not running it wont download mail.
If you dont want it to download mail, when its started next time, you would
need to delete the mails on your server when you log on to web mail.
BTW OE is supported on the IE groups, not here, which is for Outlook, a
completely different program
