Templates/Macros

HELP,

I have a user who needs to share her templates, which
include macros with assigned shortcut keys. We save her
templates on the network. I tried using the templates and
addins. THe shortcut keys will not work. What am I doing
wrong.

This should be easily completed - create template with
needed macros and shortcut keys - save to desired
location. User opens and should have full access....WHY
DOESN'T it work???

Are you sure you saved the shortcut keys and macros in the global template?
Unless you specify this template in Tools | Customize (or Tools | Macro |
Macros), they are saved in Normal.dot. You can move them from one template
to another using the Organizer, but you sometimes have to copy macros
several times to get them associated with the shortcut keys.
