The last 3 versions of Access (2000, 2002, and 2003,) all support the 2000
format, so any template for Access 2000 will also work in Access 2002 and
2003. (I doubt very much that you will ever see 2002 only or 2003 only
templates from Microsoft.)
If you want more templates than what you find at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/default.aspx, then they will not
be from Microsoft and your best way to find them would be by using Google to
search the internet.
