Templates and themes

In FP 2002, I could see all themes and templates in the
right hand (help) message bar with FP open. Now, in FP
2003, I still see the right hand (help) message bar, but
the lower half of the bar does not display any themes or
templates.

How do I make them show up there again?

FP 2003 uses the Task Pane to display the:
New Page or New Site templates (File New should bring it up on the right)
or
for Themes (Format Theme should bring it up on the right)
(you can also undock it if you want)
