Template file

I would like to use sendobject to email a report using html format. However,
checkboxes on the report do not show propertly. Would a template file
resolve this issue and if so, is there an example of a template file that I
could see so that I can create a similar one?

Hi,
not sure template file can solve this. Perhaps you can try to send your
report as snapshot or something similar. Unfortunatelly export to word does
not produce same layout in Access
