Temp Files are created BUT not removed

I have a problem here. PowerPoint is creating many temp files but
not deleting them. Not sure why or how.

I don't believe it has anything to do with AutoSave because the temp
files are not getting deleted when exiting the application.

Any ideas how to stop this?

What folder are the temp files being created in?

How do you know it's powerpoint that is creating them?
