Tekst verschijnt bij typen erg vertraagd op scherm (Word 2003)

The text appears slowing down on the display/screen during typing (Office
Word).
That is irritating because you have to wait with typing until the text
appears. Otherwise you don't know where you are in the text. What is the
cause en howI can I solve this problem.
