TCP/IP

I have Mircosoft TCP/IP version 6 and Internet Protocol
(TCP/IP) installed and enabled on my computer. The
internet protocol is the default one that came installed
with XP. Recently I downloaded the Mircosoft TCP/IP
version 6. Should I leave it as it is, or should i
disable/uninstall Internet Protocal (TCP/IP)?

?

You have IPv4, IPv6 installed then you download IPv6 again?

Are you experiencing a problem ?

You can't remove IPv4, but you can uninstall IPv6. IPv6 is not signicantly
relevant at the current time but that will need to at some point move to it
when the rest of the Internet changes to supporting IPv6 more than it does
today.

Do you have a need for IPv6 network access?
