Taskpad - problems marking tasks complete

The checkbox in my taskpad appears to be disabled - I cannot check it when
tasks are completed. When I click on it, nothing happens.

I can right-click tasks in the taskpad and mark them complete. I can
double-click to open them in the taskpad and mark them 100%.

I can check them as complete inside the tasks folder, but not inside the
taskpad. Can someone help, please?

Thanks!
Lisa

Do a windows search for the file and when you find it, double click on it, browse to the location of your .pst file and start the process.

Did you ever solve your problem? I am facing it now and the scanpst file did
not correct my problem either.

Lisa Meharry said:
Thanks. Scanpst did find errors and did repair them, but issue still exists.
