When I right click the taskbar, the Cascade Windows, Tile
Windows Horizontally & Tile Windows Vertically choices
are "greyed out" and not functioning.
How do I re-activate these choices
Thanks.

Tried your suggestion but the choices remain "grey". This all seemed to happen when I inadvertently pressed my mouse key during a shutdown procedure and the taskbar repositioned itself vertically on the right side of the screen. I couldn't get it to go back to the bottom without doing a System Restore. This put the taskbar back along the bottom but the window arrangement options are still "gray". Any other suggestions

Thanks.

You have to have a window open in order for those options
to be available. Once a window(anything), is open, try
right clicking on the taskbar again and you should see
those options are not greyed out anymore.
Also your problem with the taskbar moving over to the
side of the screen, all you have to do is just click on
the taskbar and while holding the mouse button down you
can drag it to either side or to the top of your screen.
It's actually a pretty neat feature. Hope this helps.
