Taskbar Autohide

Hi

I seem to be caught between the devil & the deep blue sea!

I set the Taskbar to "Always show on top" of other windows, so I can access
other programs etc. - It auto hides and pops up when I move the mouse down.

This causes a problem, in that when I hover over icons on my quick launch
bar etc, the "Tool-Tip" for the programs only shows slightly above the
toolbar, because the tool bar is "Always on Top"....(Catch 22!)

Is there a way to Autohide, always be on top of other programs, and show the
tool-tip when I hover??

This is an XP problem on some setups: the tooltips fall behind the taskbar.
Can happen with the taskbar set to always show as well as when it's set to
auto-hide. No solution, only workarounds. Most effective is to log off/log
on but that sure disrupts workflow. Sorry that I don't have better news to
relate on this situation.

Oh Yeah! That'll do! I'm fine with that. I think it needed a re-boot to
