Taskbar Auto-Hide Registry setting

I am looking for the Taskbar Auto-Hide Registry setting. I
have not been able to find it but it must exist.

Does anyone know the registry key for this?

Actually, it is stored in a binary format here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\Components\0

Not really, sorta, almost and kinda! Even with that said, there isn't much
he can do about it or with it. )

BTW, any idea how to enable/disable QuickLaunch bar programatically?
Haven't got an idea how it refreshes the deskband.
