Task Scheduler

I am trying to schedule a job but when I open the task scheduler there is no
wizard and I cannot create one manually throught the File-->New menu. When I
try through the File menu nothing happens, no errror, no messages, no event
log record. I have read that Task Scheduler was controlled through IE so I
thought it might be because I am running IE7 but the Task Scheduler is doing
the same on two 2003 Servers in my domain (running IE6). Yes, the Task
Scheduler service is running on all three machines and I am the
Administrator. One server has Tasks on it that I can't even delete.

Help!!

Do you see the "Add Scheduled Task" link in Task Scheduler? If not, reverse
the Policy settings
