task scheduler....

There is a program in XP called task scheduler or something whrere you can
program a task to start at a certain time, however i cant remember the
name...any ideas?

Start --> settings --> control panel --> scheduled tasks

Run the help screen and then search for "scheduler". This will have
the step by step process you need to go through.
