Task Scheduler Service

I have Windows XP Home installed and using Norton
Antivirus 2003. I finally got NAV's automatic LiveUpdate
working from MS Scheduled Tasks, but now every time I boot
up the machine I get a message that states:

Task Scheduler Service
Some tasks did not execute at their scheduled times
because the Task Scheduler Service was not running. You
can view the list of missed tasks, and attempt to run them
again, from within the Scheduled Tasks folder.
OK

The Symantec NetDetect is the only task scheduled and it
is set to check for NAV updates every 5 minutes by
default. I have no problem with this and it doesn't
affect the PC's performance, but the message that comes up
is annoying. Does anyone know how to change the behavior
of the Task Scheduler so it doesn't tell me everytime it
misses a task. I suppose I can set it to run only when I
logon, but I'd rather it ran more often and didn't tell me
about when it misses.

I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

I may have stumbled across my own fix. Just noticed in
Scheduled Tasks folder that there is an Advanced menu and
one of the choices is "Notify me of missed tasks". I've
turned that off and I'll bet my problem will be solved.
Will post if so, in case anyone else is curious.
