If you have tasks set to "run only if logged on", and the PC is off or
hibernating when they are scheduled, you get the error message "some
scheduled tasks did not execute" when you start up again.
They don't try to run if you log off and leave the PC on.
Is this usual? It seems wrong. And very annoying if you subscribe to an RSS
feed, as this creates the User_Feed_Synchronization task which is scheduled
to run many times a day, thus giving you the error message most times you
start up.
